Do you guarantee Christmas delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery on orders placed after December 15th.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Pay Pal is also accepted.
Where does Orange Circle Studio ship products?
We currently ship via our website to the United States and Canada.
We do not ship outside of North America because it is typically cost prohibitive. However, if you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please email us at info@orangecirclstudio.com with your address—we will calculate shipping and get back to you.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping within the United States:
$1.00 – $5.00 Order: Shipping $2.10
$5.01 – $19.99 Order: Shipping $4.95
$20.00 or more Order: FREE SHIPPING!
Shipping to Canada:
$9.95 flat rate
(Please note that the transit time to Canada may be longer)
What is the return policy?
We will replace damaged or defective items. Please email info@orangecirclestudio.com with your name, order number and request for replacement.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) and we will reimburse you for your initial payment. For a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed. It will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail, which estimates delivery within 2-4 days.
